**Position**:Agricultural Intern

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Agricultural Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of agricultural production, sustainable farming practices, crop management, and agricultural technology. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or early-career professionals looking to explore the agricultural industry and develop their skills in a dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist with day-to-day farming activities such as planting, irrigation, harvesting, and crop management.
Monitor and document crop growth, soil health, and pest management.
Participate in the maintenance and repair of agricultural equipment and machinery.
Assist with farm inventory management, including tools, seeds, and materials.
Engage with farmers to explain and demonstrate how our products fertilizers, machinery can improve farm productivity, sustainability, or efficiency.
Collect feedback from farmers regarding their experiences with our products and relay information to the team to help improve product offerings and services.
Conduct research on best practices in sustainable farming and precision agriculture.
Work with the team to implement environmentally-friendly farming practices, including water conservation and organic farming methods.
Attend and contribute to team meetings, providing input and observations from on-the-ground experiences.
Assist in farm labor and operational tasks as needed, such as fieldwork, harvesting, and post-harvest handling.

**Requirements**:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Science, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Passion for agriculture, sustainability, and hands-on work in outdoor environments.
Strong interest in learning about agricultural technologies, crop science, and farm management.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Basic knowledge of farming equipment, tools, and safety protocols is a plus.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Physical stamina to work long hours in various weather conditions.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Basic understanding of crop rotation, soil health, and pest management practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry skills.
Interest in pursuing a long-term career in agriculture or a related field.
