- Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts and components according to specific blueprints and technical drawings.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of CNC machines by verifying settings and inputs based on job orders.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines to ensure optimal operation and extend machinery lifespan.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and enhance efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for self and colleagues.
- Monitor the quality and consistency of outputs, promptly addressing any discrepancies or defects in products.
- Utilize basic CNC programming skills where applicable to modify and optimize machine operations.
- Required Qualifications:
