**Job Description: Sales Representative - Loan Department (Financial/Fintech Industry)**
**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join InvestKraft. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's financial products and services to customers through our network of Direct Selling Agents. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth, expand our customer base, and enhance customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
2. Identify and engage potential DSA partners and build strong relationships with them to drive sales volume and revenue.
3. Train and educate DSAs on our products, features, and benefits, ensuring their understanding and ability to effectively promote and sell to customers.
4. Act as a point of contact for DSAs, addressing their queries, concerns, and providing ongoing support to ensure their success in driving sales.
5. Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
6. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to align strategies and improve product offerings based on customer feedback and market demand.
7. Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities, providing timely feedback to management and suggesting corrective actions as needed.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes related to financial or Fintech services, ensuring compliance in all sales activities.
9. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance product knowledge and network with industry professionals.
**Requirements**:
1. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the financial or Fintech industry.
2. Experience working with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and managing channel sales is highly desirable.
3. Strong understanding of financial products, services, and industry trends.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with DSAs, customers, and internal stakeholders.
5. Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Analytical mindset to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to drive sales strategies.
7. Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools for tracking sales activities and performance.
8. Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory to meet with DSAs and attend industry events.
