**Job Title**: Social Media Executive
**Location**: Bandra
**Reports To**: Marketing Manager

**Job Summary**

The Social Media Executive is responsible for managing the café’s online presence, creating engaging content, and building brand awareness across social media platforms. This role involves planning and executing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and fostering community engagement to drive customer loyalty and business growth.

**Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation and Management**
- Develop, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging content (posts, stories, videos) across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Create visually appealing graphics and captions that align with the brand’s voice and values.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and café teams to showcase menu items, special promotions, and events.

**Campaign Management**
- Plan and execute social media campaigns for new product launches, seasonal promotions, and special offers.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve desired objectives such as increased engagement, traffic, or sales.
- Stay updated on trends and leverage them to create timely, relevant content.

**Community Engagement**
- Respond to customer comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Engage with followers to build a loyal online community.
- Monitor brand mentions and reviews, addressing feedback to enhance the customer experience.

**Analytics and Reporting**
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., likes, shares, reach, conversions) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Prepare and present monthly reports on social media performance and insights.
- Use data-driven strategies to optimize content and improve engagement.

**Collaboration**
- Work with the marketing team to align social media strategies with broader marketing goals.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and influencers for content collaborations.
- Assist with managing paid advertising campaigns on social platforms.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Digital marketing (preferred)
