JOB DESCRIPTION FOR ADMIN PROFILE

2. Front desk: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors
3. Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks.
4. Preparing reports and presentations.
5. Organization: Maintain filing systems, contacts databases, and employee lists
6. Inventory: Keep track of office supplies and order new materials as needed
7. Event planning: Organize on-site and off-site team events
8. Equipment maintenance: Ensure office equipment is operable and complete preventive maintenance
9. Customer service: Receive clients and show them to their respective offices
10. Research: Conduct research and compile data upon request
11. Accounting: Perform light accounting duties, such as preparing invoices, memos, and financial statements
12. Tendering: Search Tenders, Prepare Documents, Submit Tenders online
13. Marketing: Making marketing & Promotional materials, Digital Promotion etc
14. Office assistants should have strong interpersonal skills, clear expression of ideas, and the ability to understand language cues. They should also be resourceful, adaptable, and able to anticipate needs.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
