Key Responsibilities:

- Manage communication with vendors to obtain quotations and negotiate pricing.
- Handle purchase orders, follow-ups, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain and update records, reports, and databases using MS Office tools (Excel, Word,

etc.).
- Assist the purchase department with administrative tasks and support procurement

processes.
- Ensure timely follow-up on purchase orders and deliveries.
- Coordinate with internal departments to align on purchase requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in procurement or vendor management is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
