Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients through cold calling, networking, and market research to generate new sales opportunities.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the business-to-business market, focusing on meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively present solutions that meet client needs.

Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales pitches to key decision-makers.

Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with prospective clients to close deals and secure new business.

Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and track all stages of the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion of leads into sales.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and inform sales strategies.

Customer Feedback: Gather and report client feedback to the product development team to help improve products and services.

Reporting & Analysis: Regularly update management on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance against sales targets, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 0-1 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in [insert industry, e.g., technology, manufacturing, or services].

Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building long-term relationships with clients.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.

Negotiation: Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their business requirements.

Preferred Attributes:

Strong understanding of the sales cycle and B2B purchasing behaviors.
