**About the role**

**What you will do**
- Design, build, launch and assess MVPs, experiment data and synthesize into findings and actionable insights
- Establish a vision and roadmaps and provide visibility to business and technical stakeholders
- Convert functional specifications on business problems into programming specifications
Interfaces with business analysts, project managers, and/or customers to clarify requirements
- Perform coding and/or configuration to meet documented needs, utilizing standard procedures and techniques
- Test own work, contribute to the development of test plans, and participate in post-implementation reviews
- Coordinate with customers and IT colleagues to resolve systems issues and advance development projects
- Conduct code reviews as appropriate for quality and adherence to standards
- May lead a small team of technical contributors, providing work direction, guidance and coaching. Will also provide technical leadership to project teams
- Conduct technical assessments of team and provide feedback on performance as necessary
- Provide configuration, database/metadata design, data validation, and troubleshooting for different Hyperion / EPM Cloud Products

**What you will need**:

- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech, MS/MCA in Computer Science/ Information Technology
- Knowledge of Financial Accounting along with Taxation
- Knowledge of corporate business processes, creating functional specifications, identifying, and developing requirements for new reports, preparing test scripts and providing support
- Experience with corporate planning & budgeting, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting to the street
- Plan, design, develop, implement, and support business focused technical solutions using FCCS, EPBCS and EDMCS.
- Provide configuration, database/metadata design, data validation, and troubleshooting for different Hyperion and Oracle EPM cloud products
- Design and build Integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud to/from Oracle EPM cloud products.
- Troubleshoot and provide recommendations for errors and performance issues reported in FCCS, EPBCS and EDMCS, Reports, HFM, Essbase, Planning, HPCM, DRM, FDMEE and Smart View.
- Provide new and ongoing training/ KT to the users on FCCS, EPBCS and EDMCS, Reports and Smart View
- Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
- Outstanding project management skills (projects involving internal and external stakeholders) with ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
