**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver **Excel training programs** for individuals and corporate teams.
- Cover **basic to advanced** Excel topics, including:

- Formulas & Functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, etc.)
- Data Cleaning & Formatting
- Pivot Tables & Data Visualization
- Advanced Charts & Dashboards
- Power Query & Power Pivot
- Macros & VBA for Automation
- Customize training sessions based on **business and industry requirements**.
- Develop training materials, workbooks, and real-life case studies for practical learning.
- Conduct **live sessions, webinars, workshops, and hands-on exercises**.
- Train participants on **time-saving techniques and productivity hacks** using Excel.
- Assess and evaluate participants' progress through quizzes and exercises.
- Stay updated with the latest Excel features and incorporate them into the training curriculum.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in **Finance, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field**.
- **3-5+ years** of experience in **Excel training, data analysis, or business analytics**.
- Strong expertise in **Advanced Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, and VBA**.
- Experience with **Excel-based financial modeling, MIS reporting, or data analytics** is a plus.
- Excellent **communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills**.
- Ability to break down complex Excel functions into **easy-to-understand concepts**.
- Experience in corporate training or workshop facilitation is an advantage.

**Preferred Certifications (if any)**:

- **Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) - Excel**:

- **Advanced Excel Certification from Udemy, Coursera, or other platforms**:

- **Data Analytics or VBA Certification** (preferred)
