**Position: Telecaller (Fresher/Experienced) for a CBSE School**

**Location: Kumhari, Raipur**

**Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Make outbound calls to parents and potential students to provide information about school programs, admissions, and events.

2. Address queries and concerns from parents regarding school fees, schedules, and other services.

3. Follow up with parents on admission status and ensure timely responses.

4. Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and feedback.

5. Promote school events, workshops, and other activities.

**Requirements**:
1. Good communication skills in Hindi/English.

2. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).

3. Freshers or 6 months-1 year experience in telecalling or customer service.

4. Minimum qualification: Graduation or higher.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
