Working days: Monday to Saturday

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Planning & Inventory Management:

- Plan production schedules, analyze styles, manage inventory, and conduct stringent quality checks to ensure seamless operations.
- Estimate fabric requirements based on production targets and handle fabric orders. Ensure efficient inventory management with mínimal wastage.

2. Target Setting & Team Coordination:

- Collaborate with the merchandising team to fix monthly production targets.
- Assign monthly production targets to karigars and motivate them to meet deadlines.
- Work closely with the quality check team to ensure every piece aligns with the provided specification sheet.

3. Vendor & Karigar Management:

- Coordinate with finishing, packaging, and dispatch teams to ensure products meet company quality standards and are delivered on time.
- Take daily production updates from the karigars and update senior management on progress.

4. Issue Resolution:

- Proactively address issues related to dying, quality, or dispatch, ensuring that orders are completed within deadlines.

5. Sourcing & Sampling:

- Source fabrics and trims for developing new pieces.
- Collaborate with the sampling team to ensure samples are prepared within the set timelines.

6. Cost Analysis:

- Perform detailed cost analysis for each produced piece to ensure adherence to budgets by karigars.
- Contribute to maintaining stock at optimum levels and ensure production targets are met within the given timeline.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years working at a design house in a similar role as Production Manager/Head.
- Skills:

- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of fabric sourcing, production management, quality checks, and team coordination.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Ability to perform cost analysis and optimize production efficiency.

Additional Requirements:

- Team Leadership: Ability to lead a production team, motivate karigars, and ensure production deadlines are met efficiently.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Must be proactive in resolving production-related issues and ensuring the timely completion of orders.
- Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail in quality checks, inventory management, and dispatch.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
