**Job Title**: Data Mining and CRM

**Location**: Noida Sec 63, UP India

**Salary Range**: Rs 25,000 - Rs 45,000 per month

**Experience**: 1-2 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Analysis**: Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights that drive business decisions.
- **CRM Management**: Administer and configure the CRM system to meet organizational needs, including managing user access, customizing workflows, and ensuring data integrity.
- **Reporting**: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and support various departments.
- **Data Quality Assurance**: Regularly monitor and improve data quality by conducting data validation, de-duplication, and cleanup efforts.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with sales, marketing, and IT teams to support CRM needs and drive system adoption.
- **Training and Support**: Prepare and update training materials and documentation to improve user understanding and engagement with the CRM system.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in data mining, data analysis, or CRM management.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with SQL and data extraction techniques.
- Familiarity with event management industry practices.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
