**Job Summary**:
Data Mining Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting the research and data mining efforts of the Sale department. Your primary focus will be on collecting, organising, and analysing data to support decision-making, strategic planning, and research initiatives. You will work closely with senior researchers and analysts to extract meaningful leads data from various data sources and contribute in Business Development

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Data Mining (Contact Extraction for Lead Generation) from different online and offline resources using tools like Excel, Google sheets or CRM softwares
- Graduate with Good Experience in Accurate Data Mining from various online and offline resources.
- Extensive Knowledge of Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Phantom buster, Discover.org and CrunchBase etc.
- OutBound Calling Experience will be advantage
- Extracting valid, authentic, and actionable information from Various Sources Working on various Industries
- Strategic data analysis and research to support business needs.
- Good Communication skills and professional command on Written English.
- Professional Typing skills and competent accuracy in relevant Data Extraction.
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Excel or online CRM softwares.

**Requirements**:

- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Management, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in data mining, research methodologies and CRM experience are a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to create good processes for data research.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Curiosity: A curious and inquisitive mindset to explore data and uncover valuable insights.
- Time Management: Effective time management and organisational skills to meet project deadlines.
