We are currently looking for a **Systems Administrator** to join our team in India.

POSITION AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to investigate and analyze information then provide problem determination and resolution.
- Provide system-level support of multi-user operating systems, hardware and software tools, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of these systems.
- Manage, maintain, and review security documentation and auditing.
- Research, plan, install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade operating systems, and hardware and software interfaces with the operating systems.
- Work as a team member with other technical staff, such as networking to ensure connectivity and compatibility between systems.
- Write and maintain system documentation.
- Responsible for capacity planning, disaster recovery, and security, where necessary.
- Possess extensive experience with operating systems, network protocols, systems programming, and configurations, and/or hubs, switches, and routers.
- Work with end users on desktop OS support when necessary.
- Will require on-call coverage responsibilities.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- BS Degree with a minimum of 4-years progressive experience required/preferred.
- Microsoft O365 Administration and Knowledge
- O365 Defender Knowledge
- Azure Active Directory Administration Knowledge
- Exchange, InTune, Azure Rights Management
- Addigy, ConnectWise, CrowdStrike knowledge preferred
- SSO, SAML, JIRA Knowledge
- AWS knowledge preferred
- Microsoft Licensing
- Experience with Linux is required (99% of system is Linux based)
- Understanding of shell scripts and automation required
- Strong ability to document system errors and denote updates
- Strong analytical skills
- Timely communication skills
- Solid knowledge and experience in Mac OS and Windows OS for desktop computers
