**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a highly motivated **Experience Sales Executive** to join our real estate team in **Pune**. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have strong communication skills and are eager to build a career in **Real Estate Sales**. Training will be provided to help you succeed in the role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain real estate projects.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable property options.
- Schedule and coordinate **site visits** for interested buyers.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly.
- Achieve monthly targets and contribute to the team’s success.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries effectively.

**Requirements**:

- **Skills**: Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- **Language**: Fluency in English preferred.
- **Enthusiastic and target-driven mindset.**
