We are seeking a skilled **Graphic Designer** with expertise in creating layouts and designs for paper packaging products. This role is integral to translating client requirements into functional and visually appealing packaging designs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Packaging Layout Design**:

- Develop precise layouts for paper packaging products, including cups, boxes, wraps, and trays.
- Ensure designs align with the product dimensions, die-cuts, and production specifications.
- **Creative Product Design**:

- Conceptualize and create unique designs for packaging that enhance product appeal and brand identity.
- Incorporate client branding and ensure adherence to industry standards.
- **Client Collaboration**:

- Work closely with clients to understand their design needs and functional requirements.
- Provide mockups, prototypes, and revisions based on feedback.
- **Production Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are print-ready and feasible for manufacturing.
- Troubleshoot issues related to printing, materials, and scalability.
- **Trend Awareness**:

- Stay updated on the latest trends in sustainable packaging and innovative paper design.
- Integrate eco-friendly concepts into packaging solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD tools.
- Experience in creating layouts and designs for packaging, especially paper-based products.
- Strong understanding of die-line creation and print production processes.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with technical specifications.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with sustainable packaging design trends and eco-friendly materials.
