**Job Title**: Staff Nurse

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Patient Care**:

- Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and progress, reporting changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- **Clinical Tasks**:

- Perform diagnostic tests, take vital signs, and maintain accurate medical records.
- Assist in medical procedures and surgeries when required.
- Ensure all equipment is sanitized and operational.
- **Education and Support**:

- Educate patients and families about health management, treatments, and aftercare plans.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Adhere to all hospital protocols, safety regulations, and infection control standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work effectively with doctors, nursing staff, and allied health professionals.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning.
- Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff and students as needed.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or Diploma in Nursing (GNM).
- **Licensure**: Current nursing license from [Country/State Nursing Board].
- **Experience**: [Insert specific years of experience, e.g., 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience].
- **Skills**:

- Strong clinical and assessment skills.
