We are a leading player in the steel industry, committed to delivering premium quality products and services. At our Wada, Bhiwandi location, we are expanding our team to include a dedicated Quality Executive who will uphold our standards of excellence and drive continuous improvement.

**Job Description**:
As a Quality Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet our stringent quality criteria. Your role will involve monitoring and evaluating operational processes, conducting quality audits, and collaborating with the production team to implement quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular quality assessment measures of all the products in line with company standards.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality assessments, highlighting problem areas and providing viable solutions.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure clear understanding and implementation of quality standards.
- Engage in troubleshooting quality issues and coordinate with the maintenance team to enhance product standards.
- Monitor all operations that affect quality to ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards.
- Foster continuous improvement in all quality processes through training, upgrading, and development of new systems.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 0-2 years of experience in a quality role, preferably within the steel industry.
- Familiarity with quality standards and systems in the steel manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

**NOTE**:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
