**Job Profile-**
- Business Analyst having minimum 4-6 years of experience in Banking

**Roles & Responsibilities-**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Elicit business requirements
- Prepare FSD / Approach document.
- Prepare prototype / wireframe / process flows
- Help project manager for efforts estimation
- Functional review / User acceptance testing
- Product demo
- Methodologies Safe Agile, Agile/Scrum, Waterfall
- Business Modeling tools MS Visio, Balsamiq
- Bug Tracking Tools JIRA, Rally
- Document Creation/Management MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Database Oracle, MySQL, SQL
- Language HTML, CSS,.NET, JAVA SCRIPT
- Operating System MS-DOS, Win7/Win8

**Experience**:

- **1. 4-6 years of total relevant experience, preferably with an IT company with**:

- **Banking Domain (Preferably in Remittances).**

**Education & Certification**:
**Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in any Stream**
**CBAP certification will be an added advantage**
