**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviours
- Develop user personas, user flows, and wireframes to guide the design process
- Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to demonstrate the look and feel of the product
- Collaborate with developers to ensure that designs are implemented correctly and according to specifications
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the product
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the product remains competitive and effective

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in design or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Portfolio demonstrating your design work and process
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, advertisements, and multimedia design.
- Great sense of typography, iconography, color theory, and visual composition.
- Effectively communicate design concepts and detailed logic both verbally and visually to internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
- Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
- A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
- Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
- A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
- Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model, to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.
- Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.
- Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
- Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and
- innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with design thinking and agile development methodologies
- Experience in creating and working with Design Systems
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
- Experience with motion graphics and animation
- Knowledge about front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS
