Job Location: Nariman Point (Mumbai)

**Job Requirement**:
1. Basic fluency in English

2. Should be able to communicate clearly over the phone

3. Working knowledge of Word & Excel

4. Basic Financial knowledge will be preferred

1. Coordinate with clients for Mutual Fund transactions, including purchases, transfers, switch, and redemption.

2. Maintain up to date client wise transaction records

3. Coordinate with client for KYC related documents

4. Sending the KYC and transaction forms to various vendors / mutual funds,

5. Updating the clients as to the status of their investments, redemption, etc

6. Informing clients about various new schemes and financial products

7. Verify the documents received from clients are in accordance with the requirements. Follow-up with client for required documents

8. Handling the queries of clients and escalating the matter to seniors.

9. Sharing important changes and opportunities with clients

10. Periodic follow-up with client

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
