
Billing and Accounts Assistant

We are a **Florist & Décor company**, established in the year 2004, with a dedicated team of professionals working collaboratively to provide exceptional floral and décor services to our clients. We are seeking a **Billing and Accounts Executive** to manage daily billing operations and maintain accurate financial records.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate accurate invoices for customer orders (both in-store and online).
- Process payments through various methods (cash, card, digital wallets).
- Maintain records of all sales transactions and issue receipts.
- Record and reconcile daily sales in the accounting system.
- Issue and check invoices, debit and credit notes, and other related documents.
- Issue payment vouchers and checks
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Handle petty cash and prepare cash flow reports.
- Accurately enter financial data into accounting software and maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.
- Assist the team with additional administrative and financial tasks as needed.
- Work closely with the florist team to ensure smooth coordination between financial and operational aspects of the business.
**Requirements**:
- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (experience in retail or flower shop industry preferred).
**Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
**Soft Skills**:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
