**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain websites using **DotNet** (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, etc.).
- Work closely with front-end and back-end developers to implement and integrate user interfaces with server-side logic.
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web design technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver web designs that meet client needs and expectations.
- Optimize websites for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
- Ensure that all designs are responsive, accessible, and compatible across multiple browsers and devices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug web design issues and ensure consistent design implementation.
- Test and improve the usability and functionality of websites post-launch.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **Website Designer** or similar role, with experience in **DotNet** technologies (ASP.NET, C#, MVC).
- Strong knowledge of web design principles, UI/UX best practices, and responsive web design.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills (Optional)**:

- Knowledge of **.NET Core** and modern web development frameworks.
- Experience with web performance optimization and SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile development processes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
