**Location**: Mahakali Caves Rd, Shanti Nagar, Andheri East, Mumbai (On-site)
**Work Mode**: Monday-Friday (WFO)
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: ₹20,000 per month (budget)
**Joining**: Immediate joiners preferred

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- **Debug & Repair PCBs**: Fault isolation, component replacement, rework/soldering, and verification.
- **Embedded System Testing**: Execute test cases for hardware/firmware builds, validate functionality, record logs, and escalate defects.
- **Electronic Components Handling**: Work confidently with motors, relays, sensors, power supplies, connectors, etc.
- **Test Equipment Usage**: Operate multimeters, oscilloscopes, power analyzers, and basic tools for measurement and validation.
- **Documentation**: Maintain clear test reports, defect logs, and repair trackers; follow SOPs and safety standards.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with design/firmware teams to reproduce issues and close defects.

Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Demonstrable experience in:

- **Debugging of PCBs**:

- **Repairing of PCBs**:

- **Testing of Embedded Systems**:

- **Basic electronics** (motors, relays, sensors, etc.)
- 1-4 years of hands-on experience in electronics/embedded testing (or equivalent practical exposure).
- Proficiency with test instruments (DMM, oscilloscope) and basic soldering/rework.
- Ability to read basic schematics and follow test procedures.

Good to Have
- Exposure to firmware flashing, UART/I2C/SPI basics, and embedded C fundamentals.
- Experience with test jigs/fixtures and root-cause analysis.
- Knowledge of ESD and lab safety.

Education
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation (or equivalent).
