The IKS Operation Team is spread over three locations. Beside the main hub Frankfurt, there are two further locations where the operations team is working from: Luxembourg and India.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Responsible for the accurate and timely production of daily SLA
- Prepare daily MIS
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral & written) & strong interpersonal skills
- Well organized & able to clearly present results of work.
- Passion for change and confidence in own abilities.
- Need to work as per the guidelines/procedures set by the business.
- Responsible for understanding client’s needs from a technical and operational perspective.
- Ensure strict adherence to all internal and external process guidelines including compliance and legal.
- Should be flexible working in different shifts.
- Be comfortable & willing to drive process improvement. Ensure support for managing internal projects/initiatives.
- Regular connect with stakeholders to ensure smooth quality delivery and new learning
- Good Time management skills. Timely response to all clients’ queries.
- Escalate all issues properly, in time, to the appropriate level, to avoid any adverse impact on the business.

**Skills**
- German language proficiency (B2 and above)
- Should have exposure in German language task
- Should have basic understanding of Financial Sector.
- Knowledge of Asset Management. Preferred
- Knowledge of Mutual Funds. Preferred
- MS Office
