📌 Job Title: Reference Data Specialist 📍 Location: Bangalore 🧩 Experience: 5–8 Years 🔎 About the Role Aptita is hiring for one of its esteemed clients in the financial domain. We are looking for a skilled Reference Data Specialist with strong SQL and Power BI expertise. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in BFSI or Investment Banking and be capable of managing reference data, resolving data quality issues, and building insightful dashboards. 🛠 Key Responsibilities - Manage, maintain, and validate reference data across internal systems. - Develop and optimize SQL queries and scripts to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data issues. - Build, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports. - Work closely with business and technology teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency. - Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring data issues and recommend long-term fixes. - Support ongoing data quality, automation, and process improvement initiatives. 🎯 Required Skills - Strong SQL expertise (advanced queries, scripting, optimization). - Hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, dashboards). - Ability to write scripts/code for data validation and correction. - Strong understanding of reference data concepts. - Experience in BFSI/Investment Banking (reference data, trade support, or operations). - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. ✨ Preferred Skills - Experience with Python or other scripting languages. - Exposure to data governance or data quality tools. 📨 Apply Now Interested candidates can share their updated profiles at: 📧 samiksha.g@aptita.com
