We are seeking a motivated Marketing Specialist who understands importanance of environment and human health to promote and market our organic brand through cold calling and meet the targets.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our brand and products and generating leads.

Collaborate with the ware house staff to fulfil he customer requirements.

Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine our approach.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on promoting organic food brand.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Marathi, Hindi and English)

Ability to build rapport and establish relationships over the phone.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of marketing tools and techniques.

Qualifications:
12th Pass, Graduation is preferred

Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus.
