As a Tele Marketing Executive for a subscription-based marketplace digital startup, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by contacting potential customers over the phone and convincing them to subscribe to our service. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns and achieve revenue growth targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential customers over the phone to pitch our service and explain its benefits.
- Identify customer needs and tailor our service offering to meet their requirements.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve selling skills and knowledge of our product offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- need the results-orie mindset with a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and telemarketing tools.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
