Housemen(Housekeeping Room Attendant)

A housekeeping assistant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in assigned areas, ensuring a positive experience for guests or residents. This includes tasks like cleaning rooms, replenishing supplies, reporting maintenance issues, and following health and safety guidelines. They work under the direction of a supervisor or manager and contribute to the overall smooth operation of the housekeeping department. Key Responsibilities:

- **Cleaning and Sanitizing**:Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
- **Bed Making and Linen Management**:Changing linens, making beds, and ensuring an adequate supply of clean linens.
- **Inventory Management**:Keeping track of cleaning supplies and equipment, and replenishing them as needed.
- **Reporting Issues**:Identifying and reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- **Guest/Resident Interaction**:Providing excellent customer service, responding to requests, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- **Following Procedures**:Adhering to established cleaning protocols, safety guidelines, and company policies.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry items for extended periods.
- **Attention to Detail**: Thoroughness in cleaning and maintaining spaces to high standards.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and guests.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to complete work within set timeframes.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
