**Roles and Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining Policy and Process documents, for internal and external requirements
- Drafting and distribute internal documents with educations purposes regarding how to improve the compliance level
- Assessing client products and multiple compliance markets and analyze risks
- Complete and file reports and regulatory returns with various regulatory authority’s relevant to encountered issues
- Examine and improve auditing processes to prevent compliance issues - or resolve them in a timely manner
- Assist the Head of Compliance with conducting periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed in the games
- Consult and discuss with different teams on compliance matters
- Communicate confidently with employees and management and address any concerns they have about compliance issues within a department or division
- Strive not only to meet compliance standards, but also to exceed them for peak operating efficiency
- Assist Compliance head in maintaining and managing the compliance database
- Assist and plan training plans for the organizations and make sure teams are aligned with market requirements

**Requirements**:

- Must have 3 to 8 years in QA / Testing in in Gaming companies in technical compliance field

- Should have extensive knowledge on Casino Gaming (slot and table) functional and Compliance testing, not less than 3 years.

- Ensure that all games on the platform follow market regulations for all territories in which those games are to be made available.

- Oversee the compliance testing of games to pass each jurisdictions regulatory thresholds.

- Analyze new markets regulations and flag possible issues at a game & platform level.

- Be the Subject Matter Expert for game compliance within our business.

- Liaise frequently with the Light & Wonder business to stay on top of new developments and new market entrances.

- Work alongside our Supplier Manager to ensure that our game suppliers are communicated to and fully understand all requirements.

- Feed into supplier onboarding documents that educate suppliers from the outset on how to make their games as distributable as possible.

- Support organization with the entrance into all new markets, ensuring that game compliance requirements are onboarded and front-of-mind.

- Proven experience working with regulatory requirements for key gaming jurisdictions. These may include UK, Alderney, Malta, Sweden / New Jersy / Pennsylvania / Gibralta / North America

- Support game suppliers in increasing their distribution potential through making compliance enhancements.
- Strong understanding of a SDLC processes and incident management processes.

- Should be able to understand any new regulatory requirements, convert them into Test cases or Technical Requirements to be executed to project / platform level.
- Staying up to date with different Online Gaming Market requirements and to make sure that is followed companywide for the different clients on which they operate
- Good communication skills - written and verbal and understand how to communicate with internal and external stake holders
