We are seeking a detail-oriented Accessibility Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our websites, web applications, and mobile apps meet accessibility standards and deliver an inclusive user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct manual and automated accessibility testing on websites, web applications, and mobile apps.
  • Validate compliance with ADA standards and WCAG 2.0, 2.1, and 2.2 guidelines.
  • Use accessibility tools and assistive technologies (e.g., screen readers like NVDA and JAWS) to identify accessibility barriers.
  • Document test results, prepare detailed accessibility reports, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Stay updated on accessibility trends, guidelines, and emerging tools.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in manual or automated testing, with a focus on accessibility.
  • Strong knowledge of accessibility tools and compliance requirements.
  • Experience testing with screen readers (NVDA, JAWS).
  • Ability to write and communicate clear testing reports.
  • Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies.
  • Preferred Certification in DHS/IAAP/CPACC/ADS is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
