Key Responsibilities
- Understanding the customer specifications, review the customer inputs and correctly interpret the provided instructions and should be able to produce the output with the utmost quality standards.
- Performing self -quality check before submitting the product to QC. The final product submitted by the designer should be in compliance with accuracy, consistency, and correct layout.
- Uploading the job on the Proofing System (PHQ) and will also perform the required actions on PHQ for the completeness and correctness of the job.
- Keep evaluating themselves against productivity and quality standards to strive for continuous improvement
- Willingness to accept feedback given by the Lead/QC and implement that improvement in their work

Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- 1-2 years of professional Graphic Design experience
- At least 2 years of Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat experience
- Proficiency in computer usage with a Graduate Degree
- Able to work rotating shifts and be flexible for additional hours, if required
- Ability to be cross-trained for multi-tasking on various products and workflows
