**Role Purpose**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Developing and maintenance credit control program in collaboration with finance and sales team.
- Establishing policies to ensure customers pay on time and follow best customer service practices should be established.
- Setting terms and conditions according to consumer agreement and negotiating payment plans.
- Keeping track of all transactions, analyzing credit
- control systems regularly, and making changes as necessary to nulify bad debts.
- Reporting any payment problems to the management or the relevant team.
- Finding ways to improve the collection of debts.
- Implementing policies and procedures that guarantee timely payments while maintaining high customer retention.
- Ensuring that credit collection policies and procedures within our organization are adhere too.
- Evaluating new credit requests and client credit checks. Negotiating re-payment plans. Answering relevant client inquiries.
1. Minimum 3 years of experience as Credit controller in business aspects
2. Must be fluent in both written and verbal English communication
3. Must have good excel knowledge and presentation skills to management.
4. Maximum notice period - 1 month.
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Mumbai - 400093, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
