**Credit Controller’s roles & responsibilities. -**
- Develop and implement effective credit control policies and procedures & improve collection efficiency.
- Evaluate creditworthiness of customers and set credit limits suitably.
- Managing credit and receivable accounts to contribute to the overall financial stability and profitability.
- Primary focus on recoveries and closely follow up outstanding including dispute resolution.
- Monitoring credit exposures, efficiently to prevent bad debt.
- Objectively drive invoicing accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintaining positive relationships with customers, while effectively mitigating credit risks and ensuring timely collections.
- Conduct regular credit reviews and reassess credit limits based on payment history and changes in creditworthiness.
- Conduct periodical reconciliation internally and with Customers and obtain balance confirmation on dues quarterly basis.
- Coordinating with other departments such as sales, customer service and finance to handle all credit-related matters appropriately.
- Generate and present regular/periodical Management reports on Collection and outstanding, be guiding force for financial results.
- Engage with new customers to establish payment plans, explain & implement credit process & billing inquiries or disputes.
- Be an enabler for Cash flow Management and support in banking reviews
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to credit control and propose process enhancements or system improvements when necessary.
- Coordinate and support in effective management of working capital and align the AP functionalities for better cash flow management.
- Setting up Targets / KPIs for for AR function for Organisation.
- **Required skills and qualifications-**
- Preferably Masters in finance / accounting back ground.
- 8 to 10 years of Industrial experience in Large size Logistics Infra / Service Provider with similar credit management role.
- Strong knowledge of credit control principles, practices and regulations in India.
- Familiarity with Indian banking and credit regulations and customer segmentation.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate financial information, perform risk assessments and make informed credit decisions.
- Ability to implement accounting principles and practices effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively resolve conflicts.

As a credit controller, he/she to administer the Accounts Receivable function, ensuring efficient DSO Management and ensure collection happening on time and will also contribute to maintaining a healthy cash flow and optimising our financial performance. Expect them to be zealous and delivering excellence & be Subject Matter Expert.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
