- Provide support in resolving client inquiries related to renewals and endorsements.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in insurance processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
- Support the team in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and track the status of renewals and endorsements to meet deadlines.

**Qualifications**
- Show experience in handling renewals and processing changes/endorsements.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Display strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Have a keen eye for detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Show willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

**Certifications Required**
