**Roles and Responsibilities**

Manage project budgets, including estimating costs associated with materials, labor, and MEP equipment, and controlling costs within financial limits.
- Plan and supervise MEP system installations, ensuring work is completed on time, on budget, and in accordance with project specifications.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to ensure a clear understanding of MEP requirements and project timelines.
- Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems on construction projects to ensure they meet all requirements, specifications, codes, and standards. Collaborate with architects, engineers and construction teams to integrate
- MEP systems into the overall project design, ensuring compatibility and efficiency.
- Estimate and scope MEP trades during pre-construction

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,185.44 - ₹29,678.92 per month
