**We're Hiring: Content Writer**
**Location**: Kalyan | **Type**: Full-time
**Experience**: 1-2 years (preferred)

Are you a creative thinker with a passion for writing engaging social media content? We're looking for a Content Writer who can bring ideas to life through words and help build a strong digital presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Write clear, concise, and engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Create captions, scripts, taglines, and copy for reels, carousels, and ad posts
- Collaborate with the design team to align visuals and copy seamlessly
- Plan and organize a monthly content calendar in sync with brand goals
- Research trends, hashtags, and audience behavior to guide content tone and direction
- Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, grammar, and brand voice consistency
- Contribute ideas for interactive and engaging post formats (polls, quizzes, hooks)
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and trending content styles

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong command of English (writing and grammar)
- Understanding of different tones for various platforms (IG vs LinkedIn, etc.)
- Experience in writing for brands, creators, or agencies (preferred)
- Familiarity with content tools like Canva, Notion, or ChatGPT
- Creative mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work with deadlines and adapt quickly to feedback

**Bonus Skills**:

- Basic understanding of SEO and keyword placement
- Experience writing scripts for reels or short-form video
- Hands-on experience with social media postings
