i. The Scriptwriter/Writer will have at least 3-5 years of
experience in content writing, ideally from a media/news team
background.
ii. He/She will have Prior demonstrable experience in creating
content/scripts for social media audiences in Kannada.
iii. He/She should be able to read, write and speak in Kannada
and understand any local language nuances of the district
iv. He/She will create blueprints and details of the script based
on concepts or story ideas.
v. He/She will develop story elements to translate the creative
vision into stories for production, with a deep understanding of
the storyline and target audience.
vi. He/She will review the work to ensure it meets required
editorial standards.
vii. He/She will be expected to work under pressure to write script
and manage edits within a short time frame.
viii. He/She understands how productions affect audiences and is
familiar with current screenplay formats.
ix. He/She should be familiar with script-writing guidelines and
techniques to be able to develop a full-length script within
required deadlines.
x. He/She should also have a basic understanding on how to
translate scripts to various visual media, write the narrative
script describing in detail the plot, characters, environment,
moods and dialogues.
xi. He/She should possess strong grammar and writing capability
and should be creative, patient and motivated at work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per year
