Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
2. Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximize performance and productivity.
3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, brokers, and other industry professionals.
4. Identify new business opportunities and market trends to capitalize on growth opportunities.
5. Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients.
6. Conduct market research and analysis to inform pricing strategies, marketing campaigns, and product development initiatives.
7. Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to streamline processes and optimize sales performance.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
9. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
2. Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of success.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
5. In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
7. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
8. Ability to travel as needed.
