We are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a **Sales & Marketing Executive**. We are looking for someone who has **2-3 years of experience** in branding, campaigning, and promotion. As a Sales & Marketing Executive, your responsibilities will include developing and implementing marketing strategies to effectively promote our products and services, generate leads, and increase sales.

**Primary Duties**:

- Create and execute marketing campaigns to effectively promote our products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Manage marketing budgets to optimize resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials and content.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, customers, and stakeholders.
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand recognition and awareness.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in marketing and sales.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in branding, campaigning, and promotion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and CRM software.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
