**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare campaigns based on marketing plan aligned for brand and products.
- Analyze existing campaigns data and tracking performance against metrics to identify trends and insights.
- Optimize ongoing campaigns to improve performance and growth of the brand/products advertised.
- Identify gaps in current marketing strategies, evalute & propose new strategies to address the gap.
- Collaborate between brand, revenue and growth team to idiate new marketing campaigns across different channels.
- Collaborate with creative team, content team to generate media assets and copies for creating and optimizing campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and analysis to support decision-making and strategy optimization.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Fresh graduate or 1-year internship experience in digital marketing or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good observation skills with the ability to identify trends and gaps.
- Familiarity with marketing tools, data analysis, and optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Etc. Marketing platforms is an added bonus.

**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
