Fitout Project Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and monitor fitout project activities from initiation to completion.
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules, procurement plans, and work programs.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth communication and timely progress.
- Track and manage project documentation including contracts, drawings, and change orders.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor site progress and report issues or delays to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate delivery of materials and ensure timely installation as per schedule.
- Support procurement efforts by obtaining quotations and assisting with vendor selection.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on-site.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, variations, and correspondence.
- Attend and coordinate site meetings, preparing minutes and following up on action items.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in interior fitout or construction project coordination.
- Strong knowledge of fitout processes, materials, and installation techniques.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in commercial, retail, or hospitality fitout projects.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulatory requirements.
