**Acquiring New Accounts**: Focus on acquiring new current and savings accounts from the branch catchment area and quality sourcing of salary accounts from corporates.
- **Account Activation and Management**: Ensure account activation, UPI linkage, and increase the wallet share of banking products like insurance, mortgages, and mutual funds.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build relationships with internal teams to leverage existing relationships, conduct micro-marketing activities, and participate in corporate events.
- **Cross-selling and Up-selling**: Actively cross-sell other banking products and services to existing and potential customers.
- **Lead Generation**: Generate leads for family accounts and other cross-sell products through various channels.
- **Customer Service**: Resolve customer queries and issues promptly and efficiently.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly customer acquisition targets.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
