**Job Title: Cutting List Expert - Ados Interiors Modular Factory**

**Location: Mallasandra, Bengaluru**

**Type: Full-Time**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed cutting lists from drawings and specifications for the production team.
- Work closely with the design and engineering teams to understand project requirements.
- Optimize material usage to minimize waste while ensuring project requirements are met.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Use specialized software to generate cutting lists and optimize cutting patterns.
- Ensure cutting lists are accurate and reflect any design changes or updates.
- Collaborate with the production team to address any issues related to material cutting and preparation.
- Maintain records of material usage and wastage for each project.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to material cutting and optimization.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the factory to enhance productivity and efficiency.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Cutting List Expert or similar role, preferably in the modular interiors or woodworking industry.
- Strong knowledge of materials and cutting techniques.
- Proficiency in using cutting list software and tools.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good mathematical and planning skills to optimize material usage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
- Technical diploma or degree in a relevant field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
