Acharya Ganesh is a dynamic and innovative Astrology and Vastu company. We are seeking a talented and passionate Social Media Executive to join our team.

**Responsibilities**

**Content Creation and Management**:

- Develop engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Curate and share relevant industry news and trends.
- Manage social media calendars and ensure timely posting.

**Community Engagement**:

- Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly.
- Build and maintain a strong online community.
- Monitor brand reputation and address any negative feedback.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track social media performance using analytics tools.
- Prepare regular reports on key metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions).
- Analyze data to optimize social media strategies.
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns.
- Create targeted ad campaigns to reach specific audiences.

**Track and analyze campaign performance.**
- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

**Experience**: 1+ years of experience in social media marketing.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva).
- Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Creative and analytical mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Digital marketing (preferred)
