**Skills**:

- MS -Office/Client Coordination

Daily roles and responsibilities
- 1 Interact with customer to receive complaints.
2 Maintaining daily MIS reports like FCR, service status, pending installation etc.
3 Maintaining soft copy of repair file which sends to our CG and also follow up with NSC team for repairs
4 Support the Service Head in allocating calls to service team members
5 Online Assistance to HPCL/BPCL Engineers
6 Mail communication for adding sim, Create a new account and check update for new order
7 Support Service head in assigning calls to service team members
8 Follow up on payment from customer for spot billing
9 Helping Service Head in creating monthly Excel based reports as per format.
10 Checking the Branch Uptime Monitor
11 Mail communication for serivce call given to another branch
12 Maintaining the performance report f POC is going on
13 Mail communication and bill submission for recovery part for HPCL and BPCL
14 Also handling the logistics/courier part for Pune branch, to make the Declaration to send material through courier
15 Maintain the stock of Branch
16 Interact with other branch CCO / Service head for our branch installation and to attend critical vehicle

Qualification: Graduate (Preferred MBA)
