**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- **Licensure**: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in [State/Country].
- **Experience**: Previous nursing experience preferred, but not required for entry-level positions.
- **Skills**:

- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in emergency situations.
