**Designation: IPQA**
- To ensure process & product standards and specification for the products in manufacturing and packing section.
- To ensures correction and corrective action for packing & process deviation.
- To maintain BMR/NET WEIGHT/CCP/SPP/PP/LAB CALIBRATION/SELF LIFE SAMPLE monitoring logbook.
- To maintain shift communication for line deviation and action.
- To assist/ support production team for line deviation and action.
- To ensure line cleaning, product changeover, Line Clearance and rework handling.
- To ensure and clearance of Hold FG.
- To ensure the plant hygiene and GMP as per requirement of Mondelez.
- To manage and ensure shelf life expire product handling.
- Daily On job training for workmen regarding CTQ & PAPAs.
- To maintain proper labelling in packing section.
- To prepare and share daily shift report.
- Calibration of Check weigher and weighing balance in every shift.
- To prepare test package in every shift and pass through In line check-weigher and off line weighing balance and document.
- Verification of all implemented system in manufacturing and packing section.
- RM/PM/ FG sampling as per requirement.
- Traceability of backlog system sustain on shop floor.
- To quarantine / hold suspected / potential poor quality & unsafe goods.
- Report to QA & QC Manager.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- **Qualification**:B.SC Chemistry/ B. Pharama with basic knowledge of chemistry
- **Experience**: Fresher (Experience for 1-2 year is preferred)
