Job Title**:Quality Assurance & Customer Assistance**

Location: Kochi, Kerala, India

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct quality control checks on all products before they are delivered to customers.
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure that products meet industry standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure that products are manufactured to meet quality standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain an accurate customer database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products that meet customer needs and expectations.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality assurance, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance and customer support roles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot defects and issues in products.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of quality assurance best practices and industry standards.
- Experience with customer support software and tools.
- Familiarity with SteamCube's products and the industry preferred.**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
