Hospice Quality Assurance Coordinator

Quality assurance coordinators are responsible for working with hospital or clinic medical directors or home health or hospice agencies to develop, maintain, and implement plans to achieve quality improvement goals.
- They supervise nursing staff and are usually responsible for ensuring that staff members conform to government regulations and institutional policy.
- Coordinators are also responsible for investigating any claims against their organization, including malpractice or failure to adhere to recommended safety or institutional standards.
- Quality Assurance (QA) is where the QA staff processes clinical documentation. Clinical documentation that passes through the QA officer includes, but is not limited to clinical notes, OASIS assessments, Plans of Care, Interim Orders, Summaries, as well as Infection and Incident Reports
- Quality Assurance Coordinator - Hospice & Healthcare plans, coordinates, and implements the quality management and quality improvement programs for a healthcare facility.
- Monitors and provides assistance with quality assurance and compliance functions.
- The coordinator must use nursing experience and education to manage staff and data collection, analysis, and measurement skills to set key performance indicators and measure progress.
- The quality improvement coordinator's primary role is ensuring that nurses within their organization comply with care standards and quality key performance indicators.

**Salary**: ₹22,500.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
